Job summary

Jobandtalent seeks an experienced Supervisor to support operational delivery for a key customer in the Llanelli area. You will coordinate with customer teams, operations and internal stakeholders to keep daily activities running smoothly and service levels high.

The role emphasises strong communication, coordination and problem-solving, with opportunities to mentor staff and drive productivity on the shop floor across shifts, including occasional night cover with uplift.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for worker queries/ issues
• Coaching and mentoring workforce
• Driving engagement on the shopfloor
• Identifying and delivering retraining where needed
• Ensuring H&S standards are adhered to at all times
• Completing Return to Work interviews
• Attending and delivering daily shift briefs
• Responsible for absence and performance management
• Processing holiday/ leavers forms
• Conducting exit interviews
• Focus on shop floor presence to drive productivity
• Responsible for management of new starters
• Must be confident in challenging conduct issues and issuing coaching forms
• Responsible for 1st stage investigations and disciplinaries
• Managing worker bookings daily in line with the client's requirements and adhering to parameters that are set
• Ensuring worker hours are recorded and inputted into the internal payroll system accurately
• Managing absence, attendance and performance.
• Dealing with colleague's queries
• Good planning and organisation skills
• Ensuring compliance in all areas
