Job summary

Jobandtalent is recruiting an experienced Supervisor to support operational delivery for a key client. You will work with the customer, operations teams and internal stakeholders to ensure day-to-day activities run smoothly, service levels are met and issues are resolved swiftly.

The role requires strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment with a focus on building positive customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for coordinating with workers and stakeholders.
• Ability to organise tasks and plan daily activities on the shop floor.
• Proven problem-solving approach in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for worker queries/issues.
• Coaching and mentoring workforce on shift.
• Drive engagement on the shop floor and manage attendance.
• Handle absence, performance management and returns to work.
• Oversee daily shift briefs and 1st stage investigations.
• Ensure H&S standards and compliance are maintained.
• Manage new starters and respond to changing priorities.
