Job summary

EG Group in Swindon is seeking a Starbucks Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team, ensure product freshness and excellent customer service, and cover shifts in the Store Manager’s absence. You’ll supervise staff, manage beverages and food prep, and uphold store standards.

The role offers flexible shifts, with full-time average shift of 8 hours and potential for progression within EG Group's network. A strong focus on teamwork and customer experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience is preferred, but not essential.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or a customer-focused environment.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating great experiences.
• Confidence to lead, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to make decisions and take ownership.

• Set high standards, support the team during busy periods, and step in to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare coffee, food, and beverages to brand standards delivering consistency.
