Job summary

EG Group in Kettering is seeking a Starbucks Shift Supervisor to lead daily store operations, ensure product freshness, and deliver outstanding customer service while working with the Store Manager.

You will supervise shifts, train colleagues, manage stock and help maintain high store standards; a minimum of supervisory experience is preferred and the role offers contracted hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience is preferred, but not essential.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team by supervising daily operations, delegating tasks, and motivating colleagues to deliver great results while supporting their training and development.
• Create exceptional customer experiences by delivering outstanding service and helping customers discover products they’ll love.
• Support smooth store operations by assisting the Store Manager with stock control, ordering, banking, and administration while maintaining accurate records.
• Champion quality and safety by taking an active role in food preparation, ensuring high standards of food safety, health and safety, and cleanliness are maintained throughout the store.
• Keep the store looking its best by creating an inviting, vibrant, and well-presented environment where customers and colleagues enjoy spending time.
• Lead by example every day by setting high standards, supporting the team during busy periods, and stepping in to keep operations running smoothly when needed.
• Craft great products with confidence by preparing coffee, food, and beverages to brand standards, delivering quality and consistency with every order.
