Job summary

Euro Garages in Blyth is seeking a Starbucks Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team, ensure fresh products, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will take ownership of shifts in the Store Manager's absence and work to maintain high store standards.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, preparing beverages, managing stock and administration, and upholding quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or a customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team by supervising daily operations, delegating tasks, and motivating colleagues to deliver great results while supporting training and development.
• Create exceptional customer experiences by building a welcoming atmosphere and delivering outstanding service.
• Support smooth store operations by assisting the Store Manager with stock control, ordering, banking and administration while maintaining records.
• Champion quality and safety by ensuring high standards of food safety, health and safety, and store cleanliness.
• Keep the store inviting and well-presented to ensure a great customer and colleague experience.
• Lead by example during busy periods and step in to keep operations running smoothly.
• Craft great products with confidence by preparing coffee, food and beverages to brand standards.
