Greggs plc is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a busy shop and act as the on-site manager in the absence of the Store Manager. You will motivate the team, ensure customer satisfaction across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels, and oversee product preparation and store presentation.

Candidate should have prior supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
