Job summary

EG Group's Starbucks on Barrow-in-Furness is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure products are fresh and presented, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will work with the Store Manager, supervise beverages and food prep, and motivate the team to achieve great results.

Flexible shifts, minimum 8 hours per week, with a typical full-time average of 8 hours per shift. Join a dynamic team focused on quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred, but not essential.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or a customer-focused environment.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating great experiences.
• Confidence to lead, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to make decisions and take ownership.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team by supervising daily operations and delegating tasks.
