EG Group in Clitheroe is seeking a Starbucks Shift Supervisor to lead the team, ensure quality, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will oversee daily operations, train colleagues, and take ownership of shifts in the Store Manager’s absence to keep things running smoothly.

• Previous supervisory experience is preferred, but not essential.
