Cobra Coffee, a Starbucks UK franchised partner, invites applications for a Shift Supervisor to lead shifts and coach a team of baristas. You will deliver the Starbucks Experience with high-quality beverages and service, while managing day-to-day operations and ensuring policy compliance.

This role involves coaching, problem solving, and driving customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment, with hours that may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous coaching or supervisory experience in a customer facing role.
• Experience leading operational activities in retail or hospitality.
• Ability to manage shifts and delegate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Store Manager, lead shifts, support partners, and deliver the Starbucks Experience.
• Set priorities and allocate resources to drive store profitability.
• Inspire the team, pre-empt issues, and resolve problems to optimise the customer experience.
• Identify teachable moments and share best practices with the team.
• Execute store operations during shifts, including opening and closing duties.
• Ensure adherence to cash handling, safety, and security policies.
