Job summary

Cobra Coffee, a Starbucks UK franchised partner, is seeking a shift supervisor to lead the shift, coach your team of baristas, and deliver the Starbucks Experience with high quality service, beverages and products. You will run shifts, assign roles, support the Store Manager, ensure key policies and safety standards are followed, and continually optimise the customer experience.
