Greggs plc is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a busy shop and ensure excellent customer service across in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels. You will oversee the shop when the Manager isn't available and motivate the team to deliver great results.

Responsibilities include leading by example, preparing meals, managing ovens, keeping displays stocked, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for customers.
