Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is hiring a Shift Supervisor for the Sutton Park Hotel in Sutton Coldfield. You’ll welcome guests, host, lead a team and model training while ensuring cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or service industry preferred.
• Strong people skills and ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site, acting as host and serving guests while leading your team.
• Be a shift leader who supports colleagues and coordinates tasks.
• Model on-the-job training for team members and ensure consistency in service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest experience.
