Mitchells & Butlers PLC is hiring a Part Time Shift Supervisor at the Red Lion to welcome guests, supervise a team and deliver great service with training support. You’ll help run daily operations, keep standards high and contribute to a friendly, efficient team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service is beneficial.
• Ability to lead and train a team.

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team.
• Be a shift leader.
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
