Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers’ Rose & Crown pub in Redditch is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a team and uphold high service standards. You’ll train staff, manage shifts, and ensure cleanliness and safety while delivering great experiences across the brand’s pubs.
