Optimist in Northampton is seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a friendly team and train colleagues to deliver great service.

You will help run everyday operations, act as a host during shifts, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, and be a role model for your team as you motivate others.
