A luxury fashion house in London seeks a Stock Supervisor to manage inventory and support daily store operations. The role requires experience in stock management, preferably in a luxury context, with flexible scheduling. Applicants should be highly organized, proactive, and fluent in English. This full-time position is split between two stores, Mount Street and Sloane Street, focusing on optimizing stockroom efficiency and operational compliance.
TOTEME is looking for a Stock Supervisor to join our teams at Mount Street and Sloane Street in London. In this role, you will manage back‑of‑house operations for both stores, including stockroom organization and inventory control, while supporting the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience on the shop floor. You will collaborate closely with the Retail, Buying, Planning and Client Services teams. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will divide your time between the two stores, spending four days per week at Mount Street and one day per week at Sloane Street.
As a pivotal role you will support the Store Manager by overseeing all stock and operational processes, ensuring smooth, efficient and compliant operations from back‑of‑house through to front‑of‑house. You'll take the lead on stock procurement, tracking and flow, working both independently and as part of a team.
This is a full‑time position across TOTEME's Mount Street and Sloane Street stores in London, with a start date as soon as possible.
