Qualifications

• Experience: Ideally at least 1 year of management experience in a high-volume hospitality or QSR environment.
• Customer Satisfaction: Obsessed with guest experience and proven positive reviews or scores.
• Financial Responsibility: Understands running a profitable shift, managing breaks, minimizing waste, efficient staffing.
• Leadership Skills: Natural motivator, hands-on, leads by example.
• Operational Excellence: Know-how of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards and enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front, be hands-on on the line and dining area.
• Support GM in delivering perfect burgers and fries and above-and-beyond guest experience.
• Create an awesome working environment where colleagues enjoy coming to work and have fun.
• Ensure every customer is delighted with their order and Five Guys experience; handle complaints openly.
