You will support the General Manager, coach the team, and ensure shifts run smoothly while upholding our values of competition, enthusiasm, family, getting it done and integrity.

This role requires hands-on leadership, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and a focus on food safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience in a high-volume hospitality or QSR environment.
• Obsessed with guest experience and able to show improvements through metrics.
• Understand how to run a profitable shift, manage crew breaks, minimize waste.
• Natural motivator who leads by example and coaches teams.
• Good knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
