Greggs PLC is seeking a Shift Manager in Tonbridge to lead the shop when the Manager is away. You will motivate the team and ensure staff have what they need to excel, while driving a fast, friendly, customer-focused service across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels.

You will prepare products, maintain displays, and ensure the shop remains clean and inviting. A supervisory background in a similar setting is desirable.
