Job summary

Greggs PLC is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager isn’t around and ensure excellent customer service. You’ll inspire the team, prepare products, and keep displays stocked while maintaining a clean and welcoming shop environment.

You will oversee operations across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels, with competitive weekly pay and many staff benefits. Previous supervisory experience in customer-facing roles is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team in a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to lead by example and drive high standards of service.
• Ability to manage shop operations during a Manager's absence.
