Job summary

Greggs PLC is hiring a Shift Manager in the United Kingdom. You will join a team that puts customers first and become part of the management team when the Store Manager isn’t around.

You will lead the shop on shift, motivate the team, prepare products, manage ovens, and ensure displays stay stocked and the shop remains clean and presentable. You’ll help deliver a brilliant customer experience across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and online orders.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the excellent standards of the shop
• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast and friendly manner
• Prepare products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens
• Ensure displays are fully stocked with plenty of choice for customers
• Keep the shop clean, tidy and presentable
