Job summary

Greggs PLC in the United Kingdom is looking for a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager isn’t around. You’ll engage and motivate the team, ensure customers have a brilliant experience, and oversee in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru operations.

Typical duties include inspiring the team, leading by example, preparing products such as sandwiches and managing ovens, keeping displays stocked and the shop clean and presentable.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team
• Ability to engage and motivate staff
• Experience preparing food and operating ovens

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the excellent standards of the shop
• Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner
• Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens
• Ensure our displays are fully stocked at all times, with plenty of choice available for our customers
• Keep the shop looking clean,tidy and presentable
