Job summary

Greggs Milngavie is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a shop team and ensure exceptional customer service across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels. You’ll support the Manager, motivate colleagues and uphold high standards while you coordinate shift coverage and daily operations.

Your role includes preparing products, managing ovens, stocking displays and maintaining a welcoming, clean shop environment for all customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in team supervision or management in a customer-focused environment.
• Reliable with leadership abilities.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver great results and maintain the shop standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast, friendly manner.
• Prepare products, including sandwiches, and manage ovens.
• Ensure displays are fully stocked with variety for customers.
• Keep the shop clean, tidy and presentable.
