Job summary

Greggs plc in Broadbridge Heath is seeking a Shift Manager to look after the shop when the Manager is not around and to motivate the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will lead by example, ensure products are prepared, and keep displays fully stocked while maintaining a clean, inviting store environment.

You will help drive great service across in-store and online orders, enjoy weekly pay, staff discounts, and a supportive culture that rewards long service and teamwork.

Qualifications

Experience supervising a team in a customer-focused environment.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and maintain shop standards.
Lead by example and serve customers in a fast, friendly manner.
Prepare products such as sandwiches and manage ovens.
Keep displays stocked and the shop looking clean and presentable.
Ensure the shop runs smoothly during your shift and supports the Manager.
