Greggs plc is seeking a Shift Manager in the United Kingdom to lead the store team and ensure excellent customer service when the Store Manager is away. You will motivate staff, manage day-to-day shop operations and support multiple sales channels including in-store, Click+Collect and delivery.

You will oversee food preparation, oven management, stock displays and shop presentation, while upholding standards and helping colleagues achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience or track record leading teams in a customer-facing environment.
• Reliability and ability to motivate others.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
