Greggs PLC is seeking a Shift Manager to lead shop operations across multiple channels, including in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru. You will motivate the team, ensure customers have an outstanding experience, and step in when the Manager isn’t present.

You will oversee shift execution, maintain clean displays, manage stock, and support a positive, inclusive culture while delivering fast, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to motivate and develop a team during shifts.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
