Job summary

Greggs is seeking a Shift Manager in Scotland to oversee shop operations when the Store Manager isn’t present. You will lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels.

Typical duties include inspiring the team, serving customers quickly, preparing products, and maintaining stocked, clean displays. This role emphasises leadership and a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a similar customer-focused environment.
• Reliable and demonstrable leadership abilities.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
