Greggs PLC in the United Kingdom is hiring a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager isn’t around, motivating the team and ensuring outstanding customer service across in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels.

You’ll supervise, prep sandwiches, manage ovens, keep displays stocked, and maintain a clean, presentable store. You’ll embody leadership and foster an inclusive, friendly, fast service mindset for every shift.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the excellent standards of the shop.
• Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner.
• Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens.
• Ensure our displays are fully stocked with plenty of choice for our customers.
• Keep the shop looking clean, tidy and presentable.
