Greggs PLC in Newbury is seeking a Shift Manager to support the shop when the Store Manager isn’t around. You’ll lead the team, engage colleagues, and ensure high standards as you help customers in-store and online through channels like delivery and Click+Collect.

Typical shifts involve inspiring the team, serving customers quickly and cheerfully, preparing products, keeping displays stocked, and maintaining a clean and presentable shop.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the excellent standards of the shop
• Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner
• Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens
• Ensure our displays are fully stocked at all times, with plenty of choice available for our customers
• Keep the shop looking clean, tidy and presentable
