Job summary

DPD is recruiting an experienced Shift Manager to strengthen depot operations. You will collaborate with Owner Drivers and Employed Drivers to keep them engaged and motivated, ensuring outstanding service and efficient route execution.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and hands-on oversight of daily targets. You will manage core route targets, SPR performance, and ensure proper set-up of all delivery and collection routes, while maintaining safety and compliance through
