DPD is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to strengthen depot operations. You will build strong relationships with Owner Drivers and Employed Drivers, keeping them engaged and motivated to deliver outstanding service.

Key responsibilities include achieving depot targets for routes and SPR, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring proper resources and documentation. You will drive performance, safety and efficiency across the team.

• Experience in a fast-paced operation with people management responsibility.
• Ability to motivate and lead a high-performing team.

Responsabilités

• Achieve depot targets for Core Routes and SPR.
• Ensure delivery/collection routes are properly set.
• Oversee driver loading and scanning for delivery.
• Maintain open lines of communication with drivers to resolve issues.
• Ensure adequate resources for ad-hoc collections via drivers or agencies.
• Complete required documentation and systems per policies.
• Set KPIs for Service, Cost, Productivity, Transport, Health and Safety.
• Achieve Depot Clear in line with targets.
