Job summary

BIMS is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead shifts when managers aren’t present, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences. You’ll guide the team, run shift briefs, and help drive the restaurant’s targets while maintaining quality and brand standards.

In this role you’ll coordinate Front of House and Back of House, manage cash and stock, and model excellent service from start to finish. You’ll also champion promotions and community involvement on shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts when managers aren't there and support the management when they are.

• Keep tight controls on cash, stock and consumables.
• Model excellent guest service from delivering it to resolving complaints effectively.
• Keep the restaurant and kitchen sparklingly clean at all times.
• Create efficient shift plans that meet the needs of that shift.
• Bring Front of House and Back of House together to deliver quality food at pace.
• Be a brand advocate and support execution of product launches and promotions.
• Get stuck in on shifts wherever you are needed.
