Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking a confident Shift Supervisor to help run the site, host guests, and lead a team to deliver great service at Highnam. You will set standards, monitor service flows and ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong people leadership and training abilities.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
