Job summary

Gopuff is seeking a Junior Operations Supervisor to join the Operations team. You will report to the Site Leader and help uphold high operational standards at our MFCs to deliver timely and accurate orders for customers.

Responsibilities include leading staff on shift, picking and packing, managing delivery partners, handling substitutions/out-of-stock issues, goods receipt, stock control, warehouse housekeeping, and health & safety compliance. 7am–3am shifts are possible.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a restaurant, retail or warehouse environment.
• General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Strong work ethic, punctual, responsible and honest.
• Effective communication skills.
• Organised, team-oriented, positive attitude and helpful.
• Flexible and available to cover shifts during operational hours (7am - 3am)

Responsibilities

• Leading the warehouse team during the shift, training new team members and ensuring process compliance.
• Picking and packing items accurately per order for dispatch to customers.
• Supporting with managing Delivery Partners to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
• Contacting customers for substituted or out-of-stock items and resolving issues.
• Receiving product from vendors; counting and reconciling with purchase orders/invoices.
• Stock management: put away products, conduct cycle counts, and uphold waste and safety standards.
