Job summary

Chopstix, part of QSRP, is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive performance, lead shifts and develop the team in a fast‑paced QSR environment. You will foster a culture of enthusiasm and exceptional service, motivating staff and managing daily operations with a hands‑on leadership style within a hybrid, flexible workplace.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced retail, hospitality, leisure or QSR environment.
• A passion for coaching, developing and motivating others to perform at their best.
• Strong people skills with the ability to build positive relationships across the team.
• A customer-first mindset, creating great experiences and responding quickly to customer needs.
• Confidence leading shifts and making decisions in a dynamic trading environment.
• Commercial awareness with an understanding of sales, labour, costs and operational performance.
• A keen eye for operational standards, ensuring excellence in food quality, cleanliness and compliance.
• The ability to prioritise, organise and delegate effectively during busy trading periods.
• A hands-on leadership style, leading from the front and supporting the team whenever needed.
• Resilience and adaptability, remaining calm under pressure and quick to shift when priorities change.
• A strong sense of accountability and pride in delivering results.
