Job summary

You’ll mentor staff, manage daily operations, and work with the GM to deliver top service while fostering a culture of enthusiasm and continuous improvement. Hybrid work model supported.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in fast-paced retail/hospitality or QSR environments.
• Ability to coach, develop and motivate others to perform at their best.
• Strong people skills with the ability to build positive relationships across teams.
• Customer-first mindset delivering great experiences and quick response to needs.
• Confidence leading shifts and making decisions in a dynamic trading environment.
