Job summary

Hall & Woodhouse is looking for a Shift Leader at The Sensational Smugglers Inn near Weymouth. You will oversee opening/closing, safety, and guest experience, while supporting the GM in coaching the team and delivering high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Experience as a shift leader or assistant manager in a busy food-led environment.
• Confident overseeing opening/closing, safety and security procedures.
• Well-presented, detail-focused and professional.
• Willing to coach and develop the team under the GM.
• Logical, organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Driven to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
