Job summary

Hall & Woodhouse’s Lulworth Cove Inn is seeking a Shift Leader to join a welcoming team. You will oversee daily operations, ensure safety and security, and coach staff to deliver memorable guest experiences.

The role offers £13.70 per hour plus tips, a bonus scheme, and 60% meals discount, with a clear career progression toward General Manager, all within a sustainable workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality leadership roles is essential.
• Ability to open/close and manage safety procedures.
• Proven skills in coaching and developing team members.
• Strong guest service mindset with attention to detail.

• A shift leader or assistant manager who is kind, calm and approachable
• Confident overseeing opening/closing, safety and security procedures
• Well-presented, detail-focused and professional
• Willing to support the GM in coaching and developing the team
• Logical, organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Driven to deliver outstanding guest experiencesAble to work days, evenings and weekends and reliably manage the commute
• A natural host who loves creating day making moments
