Job summary

Hall & Woodhouse is opening a new riverside cafe bar and restaurant and seeks a proactive Shift Leader to join the leadership team. You will oversee opening and closing, maintain safety procedures and ensure guests have exceptional experiences in a busy food-led environment.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate (£15.05) plus tips, with potential for career progression to General Manager and a 60% meals discount while on duty.

Qualifications

• Experience as a shift leader or supervisor in hospitality.
• Confident overseeing opening/closing, safety and security procedures.
• Well-presented, detail-focused and professional.
• Able to coach and develop the team.
• Willing to work days, evenings and weekends.
