Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer‑focussed retail or hospitality environment.
• Champions Starbucks mission and values to create the customer and partner experience.
• Ability to translate metrics into action while managing people and operations.

Responsibilities

• Leading shifts with a focus on delivering commercial results and world-class customer experience.
• Take ownership of KPIs including labour efficiency, waste reduction, and sales performance.
• Ensure shift deployment meets planned roles and routines and adjust to optimise customer experience.
• Observe partner performance, coaching and feedback.
• Recognise and celebrate partner achievements during and after shifts.
• Act as store duty manager when scheduled and accountable for operational and partner decisions.
• Ensure brand and operational standards are met or exceeded.
• Use financial and operational data to improve shift performance.
• Train and coach partners to deliver quality, efficiency and service excellence.
• Lead and embed new initiatives and product launches at store level.
• Maintain health & safety, food safety and security standards.
