Job summary

JOE & THE JUICE in London is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise the daily operations of your assigned shift and to deliver a high degree of guest satisfaction while upholding operational excellence.

You will lead a fast-paced bar and café team, coach juicers, monitor cleanliness and safety standards, and contribute to the store’s financial performance. This role offers opportunities for growth across cities and roles within our international network.

Responsibilities

• DCWF: Ensure DCWF is executed to the highest possible standards by following the set structure and by observing operational gaps based on traffic in the store.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Oversee, delegate, and follow up on checklists in the task-monitoring system to ensure adherence with our food & bar safety principles: Pink Standard.
• Juicer Training: Carry out planned Juicer training following our global training mantra: “Knowledge - Training – Practice – Validation” leading to skilled, engaged, and dedicated team members.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example, encourage, and follow up on the team to deliver exceptional guest experience through our brand behaviour principles.
• Financial Accountability: Monitor and optimize the sales performance during shifts by communicating and following up on daily commercial targets.
