Joe & the Juice is a fast-paced, people-centric food and beverage brand with hundreds of locations worldwide. As a Shift Manager, you will supervise daily operations on your shift, maintain guest satisfaction, and support the store management team to run an engaging, efficient bar environment.

You will lead a small team, train staff, ensure safety standards, and drive daily targets while developing leadership skills across our Moneyball career path and opportunities to grow within the company

Responsibilities

• DCWF: Ensure DCWF is executed to high standards; delegate tasks; provide feedback.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Oversee checklists; ensure adherence to Pink Standard; document issues.
• Juicer Training: Deliver planned training following "Knowledge - Training – Practice – Validation"; develop staff.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example; ensure guest satisfaction; handle feedback professionally.
• Financial Accountability: Monitor and optimize daily sales; report deliveries and targets.
