Chef & Brewer in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Leader to lead by example, ensuring the shift runs smoothly, the team maintains high standards and customers stay happy. You will deputise for the management team and coordinate a busy shift.

As part of our pubs, you’ll ensure our bar is safe, legal and clean, pour pints to perfection, and model great service with a warm welcome. English proficiency is essential to perform safely and follow allergen controls.

Formación

• Experience leading a team during peak service times.
• Ability to maintain high standards of service and safety.
