Chef and Brewer in Wales is seeking a Team Leader to guide frontline colleagues and ensure shifts run smoothly. You will lead by example, maintain high standards, and keep customers happy across busy service periods.

You\'ll deputise for management, organise the team, monitor safety and compliance, and foster a welcoming, efficient pub environment. Excellent communication and a can-do attitude are essential.
