Job summary

Caffè Nero in Sherborne, United Kingdom, is looking for a Shift Leader to manage the shift, lead the team and ensure excellent service and drinks quality. The role focuses on delivering personalised customer experiences and maintaining cleanliness and safety across the store.

• Are charge of the shift, leading their team by example.
• Make fantastic coffee… and matcha… and seasonal drinks… every order is special!
• From bean to cup, they make each customer their coffee, exactly how they like it!
• Provide great service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, them ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.
• Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.
• Take pride in what they do and always strive for excellence! Enjoy customer interaction

Positive attitude Teamwork, To become a Shift Leader, ideally you will have some experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader - but if you haven't got that don't worry, we'd still love to hear from you.
