Job summary

Caffè Nero in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise daily store operations, lead the team by example and deliver our renowned coffee and service. You’ll train teammates, ensure orders meet quality standards and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is helpful, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential. Join us for training, career growth and great staff discounts.

Our aim is simple: through great coffee and brilliant service, we want to make a positive difference in people's lives. Shift Leaders are key in supporting the smooth running of store operations, providing great service and supporting their team to do the same. They:

• Are charge of the shift, leading their team by example.
• Make fantastic coffee… and matcha… and seasonal drinks… every order is special!
• From bean to cup, they make each customer their coffee, exactly how they like it!
• Provide great service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, them ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.
• Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.
• Take pride in what they do and always strive for excellence! Enjoy customer interaction

Positive attitude Teamwork, To become a Shift Leader, ideally you will have some experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader - but if you haven't got that don't worry, we'd still love to hear from you.
