Job summary

Caffè Nero in Tees Valley is hiring a Shift Leader to support store operations, lead the team by example and deliver the personal service customers expect.

No prior coffee experience is required as full training is provided. You will drive service quality, keep areas clean and safe, and help colleagues grow with you.

Qualifications

• To become a Shift Leader, ideally you will have some experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader.
• Brilliant training is provided; no coffee experience is required.

• Are charge of the shift, leading their team by example.
• Make fantastic coffee… and matcha… and seasonal drinks… every order is special!
• From bean to cup, they make each customer their coffee, exactly how they like it!
• Provide great service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, them ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.
• Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.
• Take pride in what they do and always strive for excellence! Enjoy customer interaction

Positive attitude Teamwork, To become a Shift Leader, ideally you will have some experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader - but if you haven't got that don't worry, we'd still love to hear from you.
