Job summary

• Take ownership of running duty shifts, coordinating the team to ensure a clean, well-stocked store.
• Be there for customers, listening to them and helping them find what they need.
• Coach colleagues and give feedback to the team to improve service.
• Lead from the front and set a great example for your colleagues.
• Coordinate store activities to support safe, smooth operations.
