Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Shift Leader to help run a fast-paced store in the United Kingdom. Hourly pay starts at £14.76, rising to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. New colleagues are offered a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with options to work as few as 12.

You will be scheduled around availability windows and be responsible for leading a team, delivering customer service, and improving store operations while ensuring safety and compliance.
