Job summary

Greggs Plc in Edgware is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager isn’t on duty. You’ll inspire the team, deliver excellent customer service and ensure the shop runs smoothly across in-shop, delivery and online orders.

You’ll prepare our popular products, manage ovens, keep displays stocked and the shop clean. If you have prior supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Previous team supervisory experience in a similar environment.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a shift and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the excellent standards of the shop.
• Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner.
• Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens.
• Ensure our displays are fully stocked at all times, with plenty of choice available for our customers.
• Keep the shop looking clean, tidy and presentable.
